I think this really needs to be said, with the prevalent fervour for higher quality these days. The original source being a CD has 16bit/ 44100Hz quality, so what is the point in trying to get blood out of a stone with FLAC 2983 kbps 96000 Hz? This only adds artifacts, that were not there before, thus actually decreasing the quality. However, I am grateful for this release, so thanks, but the original transcoders need to give their heads a wobble...
